Mate, the hc value isnt ONE Value. Its wha you can get hcs for at the current time. And you can easily get them for 14 creds each, so 15 is ott.

But, it has a set value of 14 - 15, I can easily get 15 alike how you can get 14. Please, don't bother telling me what i'm going to be selling them for. I know what my prices and values are.
