I think this needs to be changed.

Super mod's won't supply evidence with a infraction they have gave me, because the rule states that they can't give out rep comments, so for all i know the smod could have a personal attack on me as they can't supply the necessary evidence to the infraction?

I doubt very much the Moderator in question has not 'fired a personal attack' on you.

It wouldn't be very nice to have your rep comments plastered across the forum, eh?

I personally wouldn't care as at the end of the day its a rep comment?

Also your first line doesn't make sense, if you re-read it your saying you doubt that he HASNT had a personal attack on me, you've worded it wrong :P

Nobody can sort this out except MAD or Nvrspk4, Scott as you said as given by Nick- so I suggest you pm them to look. Sometimes people do leave -rep under another name but that can be identified as such. There is nothing else really to do :)

MAD's pm's still off i beleive? and i doubt nvr'll do anything as it's usually MAD that deals with rule changed IIRC.

Surely they can PM him the reason, rather than not reply, which in my opinion is a whole lot ruder, especially when it's between you (or him in this matter) and the moderator?

A5. Do not post private messages, staff threads/posts or quote private conversations or comments made with the User Reputation system - It is not allowed to show Private Messages without the senders permission either in a Post or in another Private Message.

PM Elkaa then, he's still essentially the forum manager except for the fact that he isn't in charge of moderation anymore.

Well I have offered to take it up for you so there is no more I can do.

What do you mean by the infraction, as in what he PM'd me or the infraction details from UserCP/Profile?

Scott, I am sure Nick won't mind as I am Community Support Manager and if he does he can tell me off :)

All i can say is that every infraction/ warning is posted in a sub forum automaticly by a bot. So i am sure that if there is a problem a admin will just go to the thread and make sure everything is above board.

Yes, but why can't they supply the evidence, nick said its private, but it isn't because if i've been warned fairly then i've repped that person with the comment, so it's not rude.

Okay, I have dealt with it and you should have a copy of the pm now so you should receive a reply when they get to that pm! Thanks :)
