Dueling Rules

My dueling rules:
Potions OFF
Armour ON
Weapons ON
Magic ON
Ranged ON
Melee ON
Allowed to forfeit OFF
Movement ON
Specail Attack OFF (Because I can special because I'm a noob)
Food OFF
Prayer OFF
All the other boxes are NOT ticked unless I missed something out...

These are my rules because I like these rules (I think they're fair)
I know the "Specail Attack OFF" is shockingly dissapointing but if you could use specail I would die easy because I'm a noob!

I dont agree with your turning special off as thats what makes some weapons as powerful as they are like the mauls special is the ability to hit quickly. So if you think about changing it i will duel you :)

Yeah I made a note at the bottom that its harsh, but I really cant deal with people using specail on me in duels because my ranged is low and specail just kills me easy. When I get higher ranged I can duel with people using specail sure :D
