well, ive kinda being doing bad in school, not that im bad behaved, just dont really do homework or thingsl ike that, and my mum just screams at me 24/7 about it, whereas my dad is more like, supportive. Its really stressing when my mum is shouting cus then my dad tells her to stop but she takes it out on him, shes locked herself in her room right now actually, and now in just blaming it all on me, what can i do to try stop this? :/ i've been picking up in school but like when my diary has " N/A " she seems to think it means not handed in, and loses the top, i get like no owrds in so i cant really speak to her about it.

Maybe if you talk to your dad and say about having a word with your mum about calming down a bit and asking your dad to be supportive but more firm so that it does get done and you arent getting shouted at too badly and there isnt any friction between your parents.

Yeah, but its like, once my mums started she'll be like that for the next few days, and my dad jsut sits downstair and ignores it but shes still screaming at me :/

Well then really all you could do is do your homework on time?

Well firstly, its up to you whether or not you do your homework. Your homework is a big issue to do with the arguments so completing your homework would prevent some of the arguements!
Your mum is just worried about you, she doesn't want to see you fail.

When she's quiet and calm show her your diary, and explain to her that 'N/A' means 'non applicable' so there wasn't any homework set.
Promise your mum that you will complete all homework set, and stick to it!

Maybe if you did your homework like you're actually supposed to, you wouldn't be shouted at. No offence but I'd call that common sense.

Do your homework.

The most obvious thing to do is to actually bother at school. She is right to shout at you, but she is overreacting.

My mum has a go at me all the time too, try not to worry about it and try to ignore her. :(

You can start my completing your homework and then showing your mum that you have so she knows how you're doing.

If you don't get any homework, explain that to her.

If you fail to/forget to do your homework, don't tell her.
