Ribery gets injured, Nasri comes on.
Abidal gets sent off, Nasrio comes off for Boumsong. And this occured like 10 minutes in between? The French manager is an idiot?

His eyebrows are too bushy, what do you expect?

No, he just doesn't fancy playing 3 at the back... it's completely rational.

The reason he took nasri off is probably because he is the least experienced player on the pitch.

And they needed another defender anyway.

Hardly. Nasri was the replacement for Ribery and not a starter. After all, they were only 1-0 down and had to keep it tight at the back and try nick a goal up top which they were more than capable of doing with Henry, Benezema and the like. In his opinion, Nasri was the weakest midfielder on the pitch and had to be subbed regardless if he had only played 10 minutes that shouldn't make him immune from being subbed.

In direct answer to the question, I'd say yes he is. Awful decision to leave Trezuguet and Sagna out.

It was odd but it happens. Im not sure why Boomsung was bought on.

He isnt the best defender at all and like they said Sagna would have been a better choice.
