I'm a 14 year old male that is 5.6 tall and weigh 8.9. People say to me, oh you're not fat but I love looking at really skinny people (Anorexia to be exact) and thinking how nice they look. I want to be able to loes weight as fast as I can. Any advice? I've tried the 1 dry weetabix a day diet but it just makes me more hungry. Sometimes I feel like commiting sucide because of how fat I feel, just a year ago I weighed under 6 stone but one day I just became so ill and depressed I just sat in bed eating, which is how I gained so much weight.

8.9 stones sounds just right for your height. Don't worry about it. :)

Mate, I'm twelve and a half stone and I'm six foot one and I'm not fat, so you definitely aren't.

Your BMI is like 21/22 so you're far from fat.

I don't usually compare myself to normal people, I like the looks that models have, they're so slim. It's just beautiful, but I've always thought i was too fat and I've always tried losing weight. Like I started smoking when I was 11 because people say you don't eat as much.

dudeee im like 5'6 and 2 doctors told me the average size is like 8and a half-10 stone or something. You might feel fat but really your not

Erm..

At the moment, it's a teenager thing. Without a doubt. Although don't take this the wrong way (and you're most likely not even in the knowledge about it) but it's simple attention seeking. But lesser concious.. so you dont realise it - if you get me?

See someone, I.E a councellor, at school and just have a chat. Or if there's a Taboo at your school, then see them. ^^ They'll be able to help you out there and then.

Why? If you don't weigh around your average.. it makes you look worse.. your body isn't meant to look like theirs..

Or you could try a bit of exercising, but don't go overboard as you don't really need to lose weight.

Then how about loosing weight, you eat healthy and tone up?
Keeps you fit and healthy, and toning up makes you look slimmer.

Plenty exersise, swimming is good to tone yourself, sit-ups for good abs and jogging.
Eating things like, salads, pasta, brown rice, fish, steamed veg.

I can't do many excersises. Because of when I was really thin, my muscles basically went ****, and i've only put on fat, so there's not much point in keeping in if i can't get my muscle back easily.

well to gain muscle, u will need to exercise. eating not alot wont do that. just start off doing small exercises and work ur way up each week.

You need to eat regulary.
Not eating causes your body to store what you do eat as fat because it doesn't know when it will be fed again.

If you eat properly, then you will be able to exersise and tone up!

I know you don't think you're fat. But 10.5 is way to big for any size for me.

You're on the lower end of the healthy BMI, so you're FINE. Google Rick Waller, then try and call yourself fat.

You dont have a problem your just attention seeking and trying to make people go "omg your so skinny".
Please don't fish for compliments on a Habbo website, its really not the place to get them.

1500 calories per day, instead of 2000 calories (thats 500 calories you're submitting to your diet!)

Eat low calorie foods, things like chips and pizza won't help, I can tell you right now a full pizza can contain between 700-1000 calories (thats more that your daily recommended ammount) You will be wanting to eat vegetables, pasta, chicken, eggs, beans, things like this. Also to the people who will say I am influencing to crash diet - I am simply helping the lad out.

Exercise! (the key)
No matter what you do exercise is a must, thus meaning anything from:

Walking
Jogging
Running
Skipping
Swimming

You really want to try and get atleast 30 minutes exercise per day, if you have a dog, take him/her up the local park but powerwalk there, when you get there try a light jog.. things like this will help!

Avoid the "stop eating".
This will not help for 2 reasons:

1.When you don't put fuel in a car, the car doesn't run.. thus meaning you will sap your energy and won't be healthy.

2. For a little period your body will store the food you put in and turn this into saturated fats, these fats stick and don't go away - avoid this.

Alternatively, if you don't have a dog, go to the local park and chase someone until they give you theirs, that should burn a few calories :)

Or... ask a friend to go jogging with you? Most people that don't enjoy jogging change their mind after going with a friend :)

You don't seem over weight for your height
but If you're worried then maybe build up your muscles..

This is true, situps and crunches can help spread the fat out and not just in one area, once you build up your abs it will also burn off SOME fat due to you burning glutamic acid (sugar) this is when you get the burning sensation :)

Those models are airbrushed to look spectacular but take it all away and you're just looking at a bag of bones... do you look at skeletons and think they're perfect? If so, I feel you should be going to a food disorder clinic... just for a check...

Dude, you should really go to your local GP and they will measure quite accurately how
much body fat % you have. The average body fat% is around 10-12%. Before i started
gym etc over 2 years ago i was 5"9 14 stone and had about 17% body fat. But now i'm
5"11, 13.5 stone and 6.7% body fat (checked yesterday) and the width of my arms is
18". The BMI would probably say im overweight but im healthy so ignore it

ok, well I used to think the exact same thing, I used to get bullied. But I realised that about 70% of this fat was on my stomach area, like when you feel my wrist there's nothing there, just bone... So yeah, if you feel that most of your fat is on your stomach - do a couple of crunches or sit ups each day and slowly increase how many you do, while eating a healthy diet and you'll start to feel better about yourself :) don't worry. And DONT compare yourself to skinny people EVER! Everyone is different, comparing Is bad.

Im 5.8 and im like heavyer than 8.9! i think im like 9.3 last time but i never check! and im not fat. which makes me sound arogent but i wouldn't calss myself as it Yep im not "skinny" but im not to fussed yep i exercise will all the hockey i play but my body structure isnt built to me skinny its built to be well "big" not "stout" but like a well built person if you get what i mean and by the sound of it yours is to :)

your very fat i would lose about 3 stone before going back out the house cause you will get abuse a people will should comments like "who ate all the pies ..." now stop sititng on the computer and lose some weight you fat waste of space
