Safest way is the toy mouse way, however it takes a long time.
The Person drops 27 toy mice and doesn't pick up. He waits for the other person to see them and they will pick up. Then he will sell the toy mice at the highest price to the other person.

Just because he's scammed one single person doesn't mean he's a constant scammer. I used to be the biggest scammer on this forum, around the '05 era, then around mid '06 I was the safest person in the Runescape section Then I started scamming again, then became the safest person here, again.

Ask [Jay] and he scammed two people. Wow he might not have scammed many, but that still makes him a scammer and hence he is untrusted.
