John plays Captain Jack Harkness or something. The other characters are Sarah Jane Smith, Luke ( from Sarah Jane Adventures ), i forgot what the torchwood characters are called >_<. Can't name the rest

I don't think so, he is very good at what he does. By making it a three parter he has made sure not to cram it all into 1 or 2 episodes and I bet that the next two will be KILLER! I can't wait :)

Well he's tying up all of the loose ends so the new head writer has a 'clean slate' so hopefully everything such as the time war will be explained

yea but some of those may be small, and the big ones that are quite important will take up the show... but if you think about it you have like the two contrasts, the one on the ice planet with about 10 characters, last weeks had a lot more. So we are in for something good I reckon :)

They sometimes show them on UKTV Gold if you have sky. Even though the special effects aren't as good as they are now I think the stories were a lot better in the old ones. My favourite Doctor is Tom Baker by far :)
