You're supposed to be a "Lawyer" and yet.. you don't know that.
Say if Yahoo ripped Google, in some way and Yahoo refused to remove the content, Google would sue them for millions, it is probably a diffrent case money wise, but if you want to be fined for your actions then don't remove it. :8
