For the achievement "You got the message" you need to deliver car orders that you get through a text off someone (cant remember who). but in order to do this you must have completed the missions "No. 1" and "Smackdown".

I've done these two missions but I still dont get a text off the guy wanting cars :S

How do i recieve the texts?

His names Stevie, not sure when you get the messages but just keep waiting or maybe save game as that usually worked for me :)

I've been waiting a while. I've finished the story and I am half way through killing pigeons which as taken a while.

Have you unlocked the helicopter ability?

Urmmm, its about 48 % now

Get it to 75%, he should phone you about the helicopter ability and then text you about Stevie
