View Full Version : 10.6 Snow Leopard to allow saving websites as 'Web Apps'?

A recent screenshot of a build of Snow Leopard shows the ability to save a website or web app to the desktop/dock (alot like the app, Fluid).

The website also shows off the next version of Address Book.app that will bring Microsoft Exchange support to the Mac platform. We do however have to speculate about the System Preferences.app screenshot that shows two Time Machine icons with one labled "Dock" and another labeled "Time Machine" -- this seems out of place and unlike Apple.

ATM this is just a rumor so take it with a heap of salt.

Not to the point, stop trolling.

No, there are screenshots on MacRumors of the 10.6 Developer Build and it shows you how to save one and such. They're pretty real.

I made a typo, the first in what, a year? I'm not trolling, you don't know what trolling is so try not to accuse people of things that you have no experience with. Also I was being serious in the post.

No, I meant a heap of salt. There are a lot of rumors going round with this new OS, so you should never always you know, like, take them to heart? (Dont know if thats the right term for this situation)

If you dont have anything nice to say, keep out of this forum please. You always come in bashing macs, just stay out and it will be fine.

But yeah, the screenys are there. Fingers crossed. I cant get fluid to work (an app that already does this quite well) :D

You don't need to, this is in the Safari 4.0 beta. Nothing to do with snow leopard. grab it off the torrents.
