You can find this out by dividing the gamerscore you have currently achieved by the maxiumum amount you can have achieved through the games that you have played. You can find these stats on your xbox360 dashboard achievements section

For example, in my case, I have scored 15495 out of 25450

Mine's 29%, games like Gears of War and Forza 2 I just put into test have knocked it loads as I have no gamerscore on them games. I'd like to get it up to 40%+
