Sam 2 - Endoder problem = + rep

I was putting in some encoder information for sam 2 and my computer (vista) is beeping when my mouse goes over the encoder box.

The rest of sam and other things on the computer dont beep.

Its a weird problem but any help please?

Get Xp, Vista sucks for games and software. It just looks good.

No.. vista has been coded worse than XP IMO, XP and VISTA are very different, just because you can only notice design changes..

Tell me;
why would microsoft spend 7 years making a new operating system that only has a new design?
