i have quite bad acne and i have tried everything but the sun does the best it drys them up and drink lots of water. DO NOT GO on isotretinoin aka roaccutane its made me feel so depressed and has caused no end of suicides although it has not been proven as a link.

Dude, just tell mum you got some problems and you just want to talk to the doctor, they cant really say anything unless you need surgery which i doubt will happen :).

p.s i do also have problems with my sexual parts and nothing is being done but i dont want you to go through the same thing.

dont worry about itchy scrotum most teenage boys go through it can last like 2 years. But i would see your doc about you crustyness lol.
I think alot of teenage boys have some problems but all are too embaressed to talk about it.

It's crusty because of the scratching.

I'll wait 2 years. There's no lumps though and using Aquius cream has helped a bit.

hair: it depends on how fast your hair grows and what kind of hair it is. that picture looks like he either has naturally very straight hair or uses a straightener. but my guess would be two to three months.

acne: drink lots and lots of water. drinking a lot of water every day is really good for your skin, and a lot of other stuff too.

Dove facial cream. Got rid of every spot i've ever had.
And about zac efron.. phwoarr don't we all wish we had hair like him -dribbles ;D

I don't know about the hair thing, it looks pretty long, and he probably gets his hair done by a professional stylist before he goes out..

To get rid of acne I'd say drink water and clean your face more, in other words make it fresh. There are thing you can get to get rid of spots, if your allergic to clearsil try Freedom that might work.

The hair when its long enough go to the hairdressers and ask to be styled that way, or even go now and ask roughly how long - some people's hair takes longer to grow.

An I dunno about the penis, I don't have one to live with the trouble's of that but tell your mum if it begins to worry you even more.

After a few weeks on 60mg tablets my spots all had gone, and my cysts after a few months. My spots took like a year before they started coming back, and i normally now only have like 2 different spots, and there always tiny
it did however make me feel depressed, but you know - after you get off them you feel 100% more confident.
Cleaning your face has no effect on how bad your acne is, fact.
Doctors always said it to me, and so did channel 4 that embarassing illnesses. also, drinking more water HELPS,eating lots of junk food has no effect despite all the old wives tales!

took me 4 months and my hair grows super fast.
but i've got my hair cut 4 times, just to get rid of split ends
when you wash your hair, use conditioner, and eat bananas, meat, fish they help the production of hair x

Alcohol wipes that you get from hospitals or medkits are great for getting rid of spots, as is chlorine from swimming pools.

For acne there is something which you can get from the doctor. It is a 3 or 6 month repeat prescription depending on how bad they actually are and you have to take 4 tablets a day which are smaller than a skittle sweet so its no biggie and they are sugar coated :D Anyway, they are called oxytetracycline and they are specially formulated for skin problems on the face and generally after the 3 or 6 month course you wont get spots again for the rest of your life but obviously there isnt a guarentee for that but they do work. And also, for your problem about your scrotum/penis get it sorted at the doctors at the same time but obviously as you are under the age of 16 you will have to be there with a parent so maybe they could go out whilst you talk about that with the doctor. Generally it could just be a reaction to soaps or because it isnt cleaned enough, could be as simple as that. Some soaps will irritate the penis and the skin surrounding.
