Heyyy. I'm just wondering like how many mods (if it's them) check the posts to be approved before they are viewed?

If it's not mods, then who does it?
I'm just wondering because this person posted a thread;

and the original post had an 'inappropriate' image nd I'm just wondering how it got by the system?

I think that only the mod of each section can approve posts which is why some times it may take a while but to be unapproved only a smod can do that. And in the section the link above is posted in MAD is the moderator so maybe they are all visable in that thread I am not sure.
