I knew that if your connected to a Wireless router, and someone else is also connected to this router, you can view the other persons screen.

Just wondering, what type of program enables u 2 do this.

search for a program called teamviewer this should suite you needs

Norton PCAnywhere. It allows you to view, and also control the other PC.

And the user will find their screen blanked as well while it is under control.

Is there a way to do this without the user who connects to your network downloading any software? And without a password?

I use VNC for this but it requires a password and VNC to be installed on their computer.
