no, ad if they did i bet it would hurt because the bit that pokes out on a johny is so that you have room to realease your man juice. if you spray it on there will be no room so it would probably just be like blocking it and it would hurt

This doesn't need to be invented it takes less than 20-25 seconds to put on a condom. And as other people have said there would be no space to catch the goods.

it drys after about 30 secs if you actually read it. Plus latex is strechy so no it wouldn't hurt. It wouldn't work about 99% of the time unless you were an expert at applying it so its certainly not for me :O

I don't know why people keep saying "it wont work" and stuff... if its a CONDOM, obviously it has to work before they put it out.. they aren't just going to advertise something which could potentially protect you from STI's and what not only for the exact opposite to happen. There would most likely be tons of lawsuits being thrown their way.

It would stay on like a normal condom :S
