I find it hard to breath if I've been doing that.
Do you sit in the dark and listen to depressing music?
You should try watching some comedys while at the computer, give yourself a little luagh. ;D

1) You might just be going through a rough couple of days, I have them every now and again, usually followed by a really random uplifted attitude.
2) Try stress relief etc. and see if its that.
3) For the breathing, I would ask what the comment above asked.
4) They might be linked. If your breathing has changed, your body might be experiencing something its unhappy about or the lack of oxygen going through your body is depleting your body making it work harder and tire easily, so you would feel sleepy and tired a lot of the time.

About your cough, you just simply have a cough/cold.
When you breath, you get a strange feeling at the back of your throat and makes you cough.

About feeling depressed, I'm sure your not depressed. Your just maybe fed up?
Also, when your ill and you can't do everything you want to do, that makes you feel low.
