Secondly, if you do have a complaint about staff scamming, PM myself or the staff's manager, or post it in Complaints about Habbox Staff. Thirdly, situations like this where members weren't actually scammed was the reason this rule was created, please be more careful and wait to make sure you really were scammed before submitting complaints (and then do it via the correct avenues.)

I'm guessing as he probably did have to go and had no time to give out prizes seeing as the announcement and him logging onto the forum was delayed.

Maybe check the Announcements and PM'ing the person before starting these threads in the future :)

Yeah, use a bit of your brain next time, when I say in the room "I will give prizes when I make announcement because I have to go for dinner" I do stick to my word. I do not scam, next time PM me and say "Where is my prize".
