Well, my sister happened to notice "black" layers of "dirt" flying under the drain of the bath tub and called cleaning to come check it out.
Eventually they sent this one guy, which told us that the warm water makes it appear and cold does not. Does that make any sense?
and tbh how the hell am i supposed to take a bath in cold water? :@
It does not really bother me, but still I'm kinda wondering if he bsed me or speaking the truth. Random.

Baths are nasty, you are bathing in your own filth. Showers FTW.

Not if you bath often there will be no "filth" ;)

Could also be layers of your sisters skin going to the bottom of the bath and then when you have a bath it all comes up? :D

I think this is a sort of fungus that is growing, dont freak out. Maybe it only shows in warm water because your water heater is a breeding ground for bacteria, seriously, and it may be feeding the "fungus/mold" and cold water which does not go through the heater and wont. I recomend scrubing with a bleach based cleaner which will kill a mold. If not, i have no clue.

Yea, I'll try that.. I wont be taking a bath in a while.
Also, I never wash myself in the bath, I always shower after a nice relaxing bath.

Very, very, very good idea. If this is the case I would get a expert in, because fungus (or fungi) is not very plesant and can spread rapidly if placed in the right temperature.

I wander why the goverment complain about water loss xD

It's mold.
If it's mould, how come I can only see it when I put hot and not cold water in the tub..

There is no filth if you bath daily and clean it quite often.
