Okay So I have a level 57 with 4k yews that I want to put onto my level 35. Both accounts are f2p, how would I go about doin this?

My 57 is mid crater, level 35 is lower level.

what you could do is make the level 35 up to about the min. level for mid crater then use bounty hunter.
