Our technical team have discovered a problem that may be affecting your access into the hotel.
If you've experienced problems getting into Habbo Hotel after updating to Shockwave 11, then that could be because of problems in Shockwave. We have good news for you though: a new version is available, and it should fix a lot of these issues.
If you can get into Habbo Hotel then you don't need to do anything. Go in now and have fun!
Note: If you have Mac OS, DO NOT UPGRADE your Shockwave (Latest Mac Shockwave version is still broken).
Your Shockwave version should update itself automatically in the next month, but if you have problems with the current version, here's how to update it:
Follow these instructions only if you really can't get in! Any other issues you have can be reported in our tech forum (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/disconnection/discussions).
1. Get the latest Shockwave Plugin from Adobe's site, and install it according to the instructions on the Adobe site.

2. You should now be able to get into Habbo Hotel
If this doesn't work, you should do the following:
1. Uninstall Shockwave Plugin with the Shockwave's own uninstaller program. You can download it from Adobe site:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/uninstall/win/sw_uninstaller.exe
2. When you have uninstalled Shockwave Plugin, re-install the latest version of it.

3. You should now be able to get into Habbo Hotel
If after doing the above you encounter an 'xtras-problem' ("This application requires an Xtra Font...that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder.") Then you should do the following:
1. Uninstall Shockwave using the Shockwave Uninstaller. (See above.)
2. Select the correct version for installation. The correct version is called "Full version". Adobe may offer the "Slim version" first, but make sure it's the "Full version".
3. Download the latest Shockwave Full version Plugin from Adobe's site, and install it according to the instructions on the Adobe site.
If you still cannot get in, report it to us in our tech forum (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/disconnection/discussions).
