I Find that true because ive reported a scammer on Habbo and they reply 20 minutes later

Well they do prioritise each call for help they get. If your's isn't that important it won't be dealt with as quickly.

i dont play habbo but from what i know there is around 10 thousand people playing habbo everyday with not many moderators & with people sending them call for helps probably every couple of minutes it will take a while to get through them all so be patient.

Report a scammer the reply you get:

Things do happen though, the majority of calls are dealt with appropriately, even if it can take up to 40 minutes.

I just reported 'Bexter....' for being hacked by someone who we know who it was but i dont think im aloud to say it on this thread but i sent it to mods and they were like they dont safety ban and she she should change her password if someone is on her account! but they took like 10 minutes to reply! Then i kept spamming them till they stopped replying to me! :D

Look. 7,794 people online at this moment. I cud send out a call becus ive been scammed. Around about 500 of the people who are online will also send a CFH. they dealwith things as best they can. and tbh, i think they do a good job.

You can'r spam it, as it comes up with:

'You have sent a message, that we have not replied to yet, would you like to delete that message and send another one?'

Because the ratio of MOD-s to online Habbos is tiny. Also, in 2005 there were hobbas to answer CFHs alongside MOD-s.

The moderators are proberly busey, they are always busey in peak hours, which yes i think they need to have more staff to deal with the serious reports :)
Ithink its a good thing that they priortise aswell.
