Your question is enigmatical.
Do you mean that there are only 2 entries so it is stupid giving the prize? I think that's what you mean. If so, then no, the winner will still get their prize.

I meant, it didnt say the winner or anything so i was wondering if you hadnt judged the competition because there were too few entries?
