Took me forever, haha.
I saved in .png so i hope that didn't effect quality.
Won't be changing much of it if you spot little errors but if there is a huge error point it out and i'll change it.
The floor grid is off which is the only thing i'm dissapointed with, i tried to plan it so it wouldn't be but the best laid plans..

That's very good, the only thing wrong with it is what others have pointed out, the water is too still. Once you fix that, it will look very good :)

Shame Habbo don't add things like this :(

The green parasol is smaller than the others, you've put yourself in it 3 times and the water doesn't look like water :)

The boat things need like some water motion under/around them to show the water moving out of the way. Also the water gun sprays look a bit odd. It also looks too much like the Habbo lido, well the room does.
