Im sure i read that in can take up to 1 hour to be change because the cron job updates then? That is if its happen recently.

when did your vip or w.e run out? Has this issue just happen within last hour? if so id put it down to the cron job if not contact an (a)GM.

might sound stupid, but maybe you thought the platinum star was the silver one, they do look similar

I know your problem cunning. You must have once had a custom user title and when you ran out of vip they manually put it back to silver member instead of default user titles. Thats if you had vip.

This really should be put in the FAQs, I'll contact Catzsy about it.

When your VIP runs out, the system automatically sets you to bronze member one star and will move you up the ranks about every hour until you hit the right rank.

Yeah, I had it too, bronze>Gold>Ruby>Plat, that was my path.
