Anyone know how to contact Youtube admin about video ripping? I've flagged my videos that have been stolen but accounts just keep stealing loads of videos and I want to get them banned.

As long as you own the copyright to the videos:

You can't do anything about it unless it's copyrighted material.

Well if he created the videos, he automatically has copyright of them, so that won't be an issue.

Only in the USA you have to pay, but in the UK its automatic
