Hi
Well, Im sort of panicking. I let my four year old sister on my macbook (I know it sounds stupid but it was for like one minute and my mum asked me to just to keep her occupied), and I have switched the mac back on, and some file names are changed, the background is the default one, all the programs I had I have to now reinstall (such as messenger, firefox etc). Does it sound serious?

Not sure, I mean the programs are there but the icon on the desktop saying Macintosh HD was named 'td', I think my younger sister done that. It seems to be ok now :)
