Just say you had Lost_Witness's job as Hotel Manager, what would you do?

I would mainly hold more events - which don't include having to buy stuff.

Theres a few other things I would do, such as get better furni/rares made.

So, what would you do?

I'd do more events - as you said.
Do a wide range of competitions, not just room making.
Do a survey on what type of furni you'd like.
Re-Price the furni in the catalogue, with what seems a suitable price for it. (probably Sulake on the whole control that bit.)

Errrm I'd probably come up with a Fansite Way which would piss everyone off, and then put some rare values on the actual Habbo site just to make sure the maximum number of people possible are annoyed.

I'd probably release more '10 minute rares' I sometimes think they don't realise how big trading is on the hotel and how hard people try to get more furni and how many aspire to be 'rich'. I don't think trading is as fun anymore because new rares aren't worth anything becaue they're in the catalogue for so long. I would also have more ranges of competition i.e having writing ones like there used to be.

make a date brought out of cat on all the super rares and things like petals so if accidentally released we can delete them and refund the credits.

make habbo club10 creds cheaper

make pets 10 creds cheaper

make pets tradeable.

make a beta hotel of 10 users so the hotel can be tested thoroughly before release of patches and furni

bring hobbas back

get rid of Xs

make a team of fansite reporters

get people involved more

I would put 3000 thrones on a spare account so when I get fired I can have a kwl account because I will sell mega rares on ebay. I would also try to hold decent, long quests were many people will win and not just the normal comp winners.

I would also re introduce a weekly habbowood happenings.

I don't really think peoples replys are doable in here. In the Hotel Manager job description I've read a few years ago, it said they're incharge of the community side of the Hotel. They don't make any technical choices, such as what items come out, or how many competitions there are, but really just posting articles, and representing Sulake well. So the Hotel Manager cannot release items, or have more competitions. So:

Randomly give out furni, or send in presents when I am in a room randomly do comps for them.

Simple, make myself known. The current Hotel Manager barely talks to people, or makes the effort to talk to people. I don't mean the people he currently talks to, the 'kiss-ups' as some call them, but anyone in the Hallway or in their own rooms, just be friendly and sociable. Either that, or shoot myself in the head, but that's only if I make a stupid rule :P

what i would do?
well firstly i think i would bring back the habbo council, i thought that was a great idea for habbos to post along there views and then put it forward. alot of suggestions from the habbo council are actually in action now! I would do alot more with rares etc, no re colours and release them for a limited time (not the limited time of about 2-3 weeks which habbo do). I would get the habbo community more involved, do a meet the manager once a week or so and just do what the habbo's wanted me to do!
