Recently had a complete change of idea on the type of layout i want (Had one ready, But changed design). So i need a Layout coded. The usual, Expandles etc i'm sure you know by now what people expect in HTML layouts these days.

It is a fairly simple layout to code (Well, I would think so). Woulden't say its easy, Or hard.
