I just saw this lol, http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=253205.
If someone needs help with the tut, there not allowed help after 10 days because of the bump rule. I think you should be allowed to bump threads in the Web designing tutorials (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=432) forum, theres only about 30 threads in there and you have to get your posts moved into there, you cant just post in there. Its not like its going to get to crouded if people keep bumping threads.
Thoughts.

I think it depends on how old the threads are.
If the tut was posted 2 years ago then it is unlikely that the person who created that thread will be here to answer any questions. But if the thread is only a couple of weeks/months old then you should be allowed to post in it because it's likely that the thread creater (or somebody else) will be able to help you.
On the other hand, if you do need help with something it's not hard to create a new thread :O

I did actually think you could bump threads in there, I think people should be allowed to as there aren't that many thread there either.

I think it should be allowed :)
wots the point in bumping old threads .... no need to reinstate them and it'd be hard just to bend the rules in 1 forum etccc

Because in the tutorials forums there are always going to be people who don't understand something or who need help. In the other forums there is no need to post in a thread once the discussion has stopped but people should be allowed to post in the tutorials threads to get extra support :D

I swear you're allowed to bump threads in there, the elite alts section and stickied threads anyway?

The bump rule is 10 days?! Surely that should be 14 to 30 days? 10 days is way too short...

Bumping is bumping, like I bumped her on the bed last night ;)!
But seriously, yes you should be allowed to!
edit: @ nereo, it is two working weeks ;)

Technically you are allowed to post in threads as long as the information is relevant. Bumping is pointless posting to get a thread to the top of the page, not when you mvoe a thread to the top of a page and the information you've added is relevant ;)
10 days is stupid, the forum isn't that big to warrant the idea that a thread will be on page 3 of a forum by that time :/ 14 days, or 15/20 to make a wholesome limit would be better.

That's true, though I don't think the mods will see it that way :P

Probably not, I wonder who is behind this pointless rule this time  It's approaching the bad limits of the foreign languages rule :/

I have to agree. if a thread is still relevent no matter how old it is I think you should be allowed to bump it :o seems better than having 2 or more almost identical thread in the forum.
