nooo we have the christmas special and next year instead of a full series, we're gonna get 3/4 specials because david tennant is doing some theatre production and then in 2010 we will get series 5!

How was it a bad ending to Rose?

She had to return to the parrallel world otherwise it would ruin the fabric of time and space....

And that way she was able to live her life with the Doctor.

Plus the ending to Catherine Tate was brilliant!
(In a making me almost cry at her forgetting who he was sorta way...)

Whether you watched 'every single episode' once or five million times, it isn't going to give you an extra source of expertees on how well the ending was compared to the others.

This is one of those classic situations where I'm going to say; I'd like to see you do better! ... Donna's ending wasn't bad at all. Donna's ending made me cry... and alot of other people were upset by it; and to be honest, emotion speaks for itself...

That was so Ace. It was so emotional in parts though. I was nearly crying at some points.
It was sooo sad about Donna, especially the fact that not only did she forget but also that she could never remember :(:(
I thought Rose got the ending that she probably wanted. She got to live her life with the Doctor, but a normal life. Growing old together, aww >cries<.
Cant believe we'll have to wait till 2010 for another full series again.

Also noticed the small hints in there for perhaps some new 'Torchwood' members :rolleyes::rolleyes:.

i dont agree, i still loved the blink episode with the angel statue things. It was an alright episode, bit of a rubbish ending tbh with rose getting her very own personal dr. what was the reason she wasnt allowed back to the 'real' earth? cant remember.

i also think they could have opened it a bit better because when he was regenerating, it took like 2 seconds and everything was ok again.

Yeah, but, if that parallel world wasn't closed off, Rose would travel with the Doctor forever, she'd have no reason to leave until she was killed off. So, by doing the same as last time, there is still a possible chance they could ask her back in the future. It's the only way to end it, without killing her.

Looking forward to the Cybermen returning! It's been two years, so I don't think bringing them back now is innapproriate at all and I've always found them more scary than the Daleks anyway.

Daleks will be back. Remember the teleportation device which Mickey and Rose's mum used to cross jump dimensions? You can bet that'll be how Davros escaped from the explosion. Darlek Kahn will have survived too in some mysterious manner, because he would not simply kill himself knowing that he was going to die from the start. Darleks may be back, but I have a feeling they'll be less sinister and then will turn into something more sinister than ever before. Darleks with emotions have been quite a theme as of late after all.

Cybermen will always survive, because they can just be manufactured anywhere. Uhhh, what else. I was right about the hand theory, go me. It was a great episode, look forward to Chrimbo!

I don't think she'll have anything to do with Rani or The Master. The rings are really different.

The last episode of this series was much an improvement to that of the last series. I can't wait till chrismas, the cyberman trailer looked awesome.
