For domains - xeodomains.co.uk they are cheap.
Hosting - HostGator, CrispHosting any other good host I suppose.

Do not go with tech-hosts, the guy can't even do his job by telling me what reseller I was on he said "It would be giving out customer information" erm hello? I am the customer.
