Hi all
Well, for any of you who know about the LHC, it was due to be switched on tomorrow. It had a few hours left on the lhcountdown.com website, but now its been extended for another 32 days? I don't understand why this is, but I sure am happy - I hope it never gets switched on!

Anyone know why it got delayed?

Nothing'll happen anyway. It's not exactly got any news coverage has it.

Maybe because they don't want it publically adressed, incase more people go against it?

I just hope it never happens.

Enough people know about it. The media finds out things before the public does anyway. If it was that dangerous, etc, it would have been continually reported worldwide, and in the health and safety conscious world of today, if it was that bad, it would have been shut down.

There's nothing particularly dangerous about it anyway. Biggest danger is someone from the future coming back on a rampage and huge masacre.

So small they'll evaporate almost instantaneously due to Hawking radiation.

Hawking radiation is an unproved theory
