My IE is ****zing out

Every so often i get an error message saying "IE cannot open this page, operation aborted" and it goes blank.

And just now i opened a webpage in another tab and about 10,000 tabs opened continuously, i had to retart my pc to stop it...

Anyone know what's up?

Firefox is the answer to ALL your IE problems :)

Maybe, its a bit of computer lag or the site, or the Browser its self

Had this problem about a month or so, after some research i found that it was a plugin that was causing it and basically just needed to disable the correct one. To do it all you need to do is go to...
Tools, Manage addons, Enable or disable addons.

Then disable them until you work out which one is causing it. For me it was a skype plugin.

Hopefully should work!

Yea I used to get that, then IE just completely slowed down and wont load up at all. I just ducked out by switching to FF :P

Not true, I know loads techwise however I just have always preferred IE, ive never felt the need for another browser because im fine with the one I have :S

i saw the thread title and i was like :/ its gonna be one of t ose threads which your bound to get someone say get ff or other. And to my surprise and shock, their were about 4 who said it :O:O:O come on guys this is getting even worse than the phase of ps3 and xbox fan boys.

id say it sounded like a virus aswell.
