A Portfolio, would indicate you've had work and you've charged.
So you use a free hosting, which shows us, you're not pro, you're not willing to invest in your own portfolio.

Totally agreed. About half of your "skills" are just installing basic scripts, some of which you can use a installer which is in cPanel anyway.
