Take it to the vets!

today

Put some cold towels over its eye, and then take it to the vets asap.

It shouldnt be much, They might give him a painkiller and rest untill the swelling goes down, If Its a broken leg on the other haps it will be like £500? +

so shouldnt be that much.

Unless you have pet insurance. We had a cocker spaniel, and they are know to get saw eyes alot. If it wasn't for the pet insurance, it would of cost us loads just for eye drops.

But yea, the vet will most probably give you a pain killer. If its made his eye saw, then possibly some eye drops.

Sadly, the vets arn't free :(
But its worth it :)

Why the hell do people post here, when they do something ****** up?
It's like:

HELP MY DOGS HEAD FELL OFF WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Use, your damned head! Don't post your crap here, when it's not needed.
What's the point of telling us your dogs injured, when he's suffering?

I know.. what proportion of the forum has a vetinary liscence?

and take it to the vets if you haven't already done so (in which I sincerely hope you have)

How are we supposed to know, are we vet's.. Do we in our spare time look up dog problems and how much the vet cost's.

Please do the right minded thing and just go to the vet for crying out loud.

Go to the vets and yes it might be quite a bit of money since it is a dog. Having pets is not cheap. You need to tell your mum. I think she will be more concerned about the dog rather than telling you off.

Id tell your mum and see what she says.
My cats eye swelled up the other day and within a day it had gone back down again. Id monitor it for 24hrs and then see.
Unless it seems to be in a lot of pain in which case id take it in
It could cost anything from 20 pounds up depending on what they do.

the most likely thing that would happen is you'd need to take it to the vets. try some eye drops? i don't know, hence suggesting taking it to the vets.

is it ok now? i bet you never even told your mother and the dog's still got a sore eye, because you don't want to be told off?
