The most I've ever seen is above 15,000.

That was a couple of days after Habbo Staff sent out a message to all who was online: "Habbo UK has reached 13,000! A new record!"

Habbo USA (which I play on) Reached 13,000 :D That is pretty high for us considering we average around 9,000 ish
