Easily. Even the crappiest of PCs can run 64 Emulators.

Cool :) I have some old xbox games, i put one of them in my computer and it has this on it;

Thats the disk of Midnight Club 2 :S I thought it looked like a dvd aswell becuase of the vob files.

EDIT: its in a folder called video but thats the only folder on the cd, the rest must be hidden.

I dont think you will be able to play Xbox games on those specs.

I recommend the project64 Nintendo 64 emulator, downloading games can be a difficult and can require registration from some sites but it's really easy to use and excellent graphics on the computer, believe it or not :P

It will work on very low spec computers like someone said so you'll be absolutely fine.

Ontopic: Both project 16 and 1964 are very good, either one is fine. You'll need to download more than the basic plugins to play most games though, I still haven't found a graphics plugin that can handle pokemon stadium 2 properly :(
