Habbo Guide frozen / not working

ok so basically, ive had my guide tool on for at least 3 hours now, and it hasent found a single person. My friends are getting called out every 5 mins. I know im doing it properly because i get the little box appear that has the little bar with white and black scrolling across. And i have alert me when someone is found on aswel. But nothing, NOTHING!
Can anyone help me. Also i have found quite a few other people who have had the same problem.

Do you ink there is anything that resets it, such as playing free games.

I was wondering if it was because of how long the actual player has been registered,

e.g. if people made their habbo account in 2004, would they be more likely to get it more frequent that 2006 or something like that?

acc made in 2004 here, hmm do you think bans and such contribute because i had a month ban about 4 months ago, but i was accepted to the group so i dont see why it would. And im sure those things are kept on a seperate server or network. Not part of the actual habbo client.
