View Full Version : [Bobba] Staff ignoring, as usual, help request

My room was errored about 3 days ago. I've sent several cfh, and also reported it using the habbo help tool. I still can't get in, and habbo can't even send me a message telling me wth happened (as if i couldn't figure that out on my own however)

It seems habbo only cares about the "rich" rooms that have this problem, as they all seem to be fixed. There is no difference between my problem and theirs, save that theirs were fixed extremely fast whilst my calls are just ignored.

Well, Habbo Staff Are Extremely Busy I Mean Theres 10 MOD's Around About And Like 9000 Habbos Online In Peak Hours. So Just Send One Polite Call For Help Wait 15 Minutes If No-one Has Come Send Another Polite Call For Help Also Use The Habbo Help Tool yet Again Politly And Then If Nothing Happens Just Phone The Habbo Help Offices. Good Look!!.

Well, i've tried that about twenty times. Habbo gets enough money off of these
credits to hire more mods, and they need them if we're going to continue to pay for this service.

Habbo doesn't actually force you to pay for anything. Access to the hotel that cost well into the £10,000's to make is absoloutly free. If you read the FAQ's they tell you that you may purchase credits to "furnish" and "paint" your room if you wish.

Also, statistical anaylysis at the end of 2003 showed that Habbo were indeed losing money as it cost so much to pay back existing loans and bills for electricity, staff wages, servers etc.

They only were able to open more hotels because many people saw that share prices were low in a company that obviously had potential. Major investors bought shares in Sulake and allowed them to be more flexible with their options.

Oh wow, you are right there, hmmm let me think why there are not many staff, ah yes, they can't pay for them because of the lack of money coming in with their stinky services.

Normally I would write a huge rant about that statement, but I hate bashing people that are Irish.

First off, how does Habbo lose money when the business is actually Sulake? My dad works customer service, and the customer may not always be right, but you are supposed to listen. In this case, Joey is the customer. Hobbas and MODs are supposed to help the users and customers.

Sulake needs to hire more MODs so they can help users and customers. Sulake is becoming like AOL, poor customer service and long waits.

They seriously need to stop walking around with sticks up their asses.

Well Said Sean, But Habbo Infact Are Not Losing Money They Are Profit Because Habbo Is Owned By Sulake A Big Company Which Makes Millions Per Year. So If Habbo Were To Hire More Volentry Hobbas And Paid MODs I Don't See Why A Few More Wage Bills Would Stop Anything And If They Did Hire More To Sort Out Problems Such As Replying Emails And Working On Patches For Scripting Then People Would Actually Buy More Credits For Habbo So It Would Work Better For Sulake To Hire More Staff

exactly his point. they only care about the rich rooms... yea ive sent many cfhs and none have ever been answered. ive sent stuff on habbo help tool and nothing. its like you shouldnt bother if your not famous :eusa_hand

Have a hobba friend or two? *Stands up and cheers for Specie* Just so u guys know budys room has not been fixed, no one rushed to assist budy and no one rushed to assist myself or anyone else who has been affected. They dont care about rich rooms or people any more than they care about anyone else.Its simple, they dont care about ANY of us, we all know this. Shuffled's casino and Nykie's casino are still fully browser errored, they have not had access to those rooms for 7-10 days.

Urh.. They always do it. Me and my best mate have a protest but guess what bang their soon there ip banning us and then it took up to 13 times for them to ip ban me? God they waste their time :$
