I applied for a weekend job at the orange store where I live, they have offered me a telephone interview....1 problem....I hate speaking on the phone. Has anyone applied to work at orange and know the kind of questions they ask.

Phone interviews are very difficult, my dad moans like hell whenever he gets one. Apparently it's difficult not being able to see their reactions and facial expressions which tend to give you assurance and confidence.
