**** happens. On a dynamic battlefield such as Afghanistan where both your troops and the enemy are constantly moving that's always going to be an incident where your bullets hit the wrong place. Although he injured 9 people, the pilot probably saved a hell of a lot more lives that day, has done in the past and will do in the future...
