Computer refresshing problem :S need help urgently

Basicially, my computer has been for a while keep refreshing every second like at the top of the screen where it says "Habbox forum- Post new thread - mozzilla firefox,it keeps flashing. alsowhen i try and open drop down boxes/menu's when i click it, it goes on then disspears so i cant see it, and when i try and rename smething i clck rename then like box dissapears. and when i try and type when it should be for IE

It will come out like hi i cald bouncng, and i have to edit it. Also when i try and click shut down on vista, i quickly have to click shut down or it will dissapear the option to shut down that is. It happend worse a while ago so there whereno viruses tried to use all virus protectors didnt work, and reset my computer totally wiped it out everythng which was good, then about month later has started again and dont want to reset it again seeming as i have loads saved with the sims etc.

yp nortan anti virus 2008... its not a virus coz even when irebooted the whole of my laptop clean it still happend.

I had this problem, move to firefox. I think it's with images.

already on firefox mate, yup did cleaner and scan and fixissues its still doin it, and independant its not just on the internet its with renaming documents etc etc,

Reinstall Firefox. There is a bug similar to this one within Firefox.
