work on a farm.. They don't care about your cv or anything. The pay is usually high too. The work is physical though..

If it's part-time work or whatever, apply at shops, supermarkets, etc, you don't need a CV, lol.

You still need a CV at most places unless its a cafe or something like that.

Don't give in CVs, they just get binned. Go onto websites of shops and print & complete the applications off from there and hand those in.

Every time I have asked if shops are hiring, they have ALL asked me to bring in cvs.

For a part time job, best look at a college notice board. Where else are businesses going to look for part time employees?

Best way for the job is to either
Know someone
or enquire about application forms. Don't do it with some random part time person, as they won't know/care. Try speak to someone more senior. They'll tell you how to go about applying (application form/CV/both etc.)

Then how you gona get a job when they ask for a CV?

You just lie in your CV to make them give you the job :P

Yeah, don't do that.
Telling the truth dosn't get you any where.
This is one of my lies in my CV, well something like it:
"I consider myself to be an enthusiastic, honest, well-mannered, cheerful, sociable, capable and worldly individual who can accomplish most tasks I put my mind to."

I am not enthusiastic or honest :P

Just makes you look a better person by lieing.

oooh yeah, big yourself up and everything. I thought you meant lie as in lie about experiences, ie 'I have been regularly helping out at my local old folks home for a few months, as well as other occasional voluntary work', if you don't do **** all.

Naa, at 16 you can just ignore the experience part. You could maybe put work experience at school, thats just about it.

I was also told to make your cv more interesting. So if you have a good CV, if you make it something the reader can remember, there going to remember your good CV.

Keep aiming for a job, you'll get hired somewhere eventually.

It'll be alot harder to find a job now though, as all the students are coming over, year 11's have done their GCSE's, people finishing collage/uni, everywhere will be all full up.

Sell all of your possessions on eBay. :)
No, I'm sure you'll find a job. I suppose you just have to keep on looking.
Good luck.
