I'm tired of the phone I have and I want to change it, does anybody know if you can cancel your contract and if you have to pay a fee?
Thanks :)

Last time I remember reading up on cancelling contracts, you have to cancel by paying the full amount of money you'd pay for every single month left. If you wait, they should give you a different phone at the end of your contract. ;)

Thats the whole point in a contract, to pay untill the end of the contract.

Say if your contract is £10 p/m and lasted for 10 months and you had it for 1 month paying £10 already, to cancel it they would normally charge you the remaining £90, so there is no point really. Possibly also more administrative charges also. :P

However there could be exceptions as your current contract is with O2 and so is the iPhones, no harm in checking it out really :P
