I can see that coming. Moderators are already editing threads and adding prefix's.
i dont see the point in prefixes. Wouldnt just having their own forum be much more organised and easier to find threads?

i dont like it, why do runescape get their own little forum and wow dont?
it was totally better the way before atleast make it fair and shuve crapscape into online games.
The reason Runescape still has its own section is because it's a very active part of the forum with nearly as many posts as the Habbo sections.

World of Warcraft does have it's own section.
Never mind, just read the announcement, really stupid for them to remove the World of Warcraft section.. that's just not fair.

Indeed, its all rather getting silly now. If we don't want to use a prefix, then we shouldn't have too if a Moderator is adding it then surly that's abusing the rights of editing posts without needing too / not breaking the rules..

Why do habbox have to ruin everything, and not consult its users about anything?
There's me thinking that Elkaa was gone, and Habbox was going to get better...

You're making a generalised assumption there, based on your personal feelings. Saying "most people", means that you've asked them, and, so far, you're the only one that I've had complain about it.

Maybe the last 3 days has been a bit slow? Things like that happen, i still dont get why that got taken away and runescape hasnt even been removed, if i ever look in there, its always just an arguement or someone flaming the other person.

What on earth are prefixes?! They seem too much effort if they're anything like the comments suggest they are :S

Afaik, when u post, u gotta choose ur prefix and then it becomes a prefix to your title. Seperated forums sounds lot simpler to me imo.

I hadn't heard anything about it before the announcement, and if I'm honest if threads about it weren't made here I wouldn't have spotted it at all. I'm not sure what you mean by "old position", my previous role was super mod and they don't get told anything until it happens, unless I know about it in which case I normally tell them.
But I feel we're digressing. The moderation manager job description is just that: to manage moderation. I make sure the mods are doing a good job (which they are bless them) and a few bits of admin here and there if MAD needs an extra pair of hands but not a lot past that. All the changes, such as this one, are handled by the people with the title "administrator" ie. Elkaa, Nick- and Mr.OSH. At least that's my understanding of it, if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.

Runescape hasn't been removed because it's the most popular section on the forum. Highest in amount of posts, second highest in amount of threads. Just because one online game forum got removed, it doesn't mean they should all get removed. Runescape deserves it's own forum to be honest.
As for WoW, only five posts in three days? :S I always used to see new posts there.

Prefixs are rubbish, it is a lot better with the old sections and not some new fature to vb. if you have a section like online games and it's littered with random threads, it seems that your just trying to use the new fatures which don't work as well as sections at all.
i love pie
ON TOPIC: bring it back pl0x

I already asked in the Feedback bit :( said no.
Why didn't you just put it back to a sub forum "/ its causing so much hassle because all the old threads don't use prefix's.. so i suggest you go put the prefix's on them so its easier even tho its annoying.
Kfnx. :)

Just use the prefix. :)
The prefix is a load of bull crap.
Everything is going to be really untidy now, sure we could use the search feature to find the thread we are looking for but it takes too much time.
With the subforums it would take two clicks at most to get to them and only one more to be viewing the thread we want.
From what I could tell there was nothing wrong with the subforums (with the exception to the Events subforum in the Runescape section) unless you can prove me wrong there.
If it's not broke there is no need to fix it.

Hit the nail right on the head.
There was nothing wrong with having sub-forums. A lot of people dislike the changes. VB releasing new features or whatever doesnt always mean that we need to upgrade and use those features, they are optional. They arent suitable for a forum of this size with so many different sections.

I hate those prefixes, they make everything so messy and ugly. They don't even have a nice font or colour to make them stand out more. :P It makes the forum look less professional, like it used to be.
The WoW section wasn't that inactive, sure, we haven't made many posts the last few days/weeks(?) but most of us are/were busy with exams, graduation parties, holidays and other fun stuff. I bet the activity in most forums went down.
The WoW forums seem to grow imo, I see more threads of people who want to join than threads of people who are leaving. But even when people leave they still post in the WoW forums (some of them do anyway).
Oh well, previous experiences show that changes are rarely undone on habboxforum so we'll just have to live with a messy forum and wait for new changes.

What was it like before? I can't remember what forums were in there :P DId anyone actually ask for this change? Because it really shouldn't of, especially if no-one asked the members what they thought on the matter, considering the members who use that forum have a right to know, more than the person behind this change...
Just had a quick peep in the Runescape Forum, prefixes aren't very viewable by the looks of it and just look messy, the forums seemed to work better and do what the prefixes do, except better... You may aswell have no prefixes...

BRING BACK SUBFORUM!!
Online games is so messy now because of you Admins :l all the wow stuff is mixed in with the other random things and can't tell which one is which!
Oh if you say use prefix's you might want to go to the online games and do them all before you tell us to do it because it's hard to find a thread.. so be a good mod/admin w/e and l2prefix.
