Hey,

As I said earlier, I'd post some sneak previews of our V1 layout! And here it comes!
NOTE!: This is just like 0,0001% of the good things with the layout :P
You will be able to see the layout in action when we officially open =)

That actually looks quite promising! I didn't think the design would be that good but well done for one of your first professional designs! +REP if I can. One thing I would change is the logo though.

Is it good that I'm not wanting to visit a site that looks like it was made 5 years ago? The grey and red is just a no no, the navigation is weird and for a 'design agency', you have not in the slightest bit nicked onto that theme. Do you think you're making a community portal or something?! What the hall are you planning with that stupid navigation, logo, customer login and general feel?!!?

He's right though, old, bad colors, bad fonts, bad buttons. Its just old, make it more 'web2.0', browse through some showcases around to get some inspiration.

I can't say much, I hate those litle squares, they don't show anything.. I know they're sneak-peaks but still, I can't judge just by seeing that..
The header is only 1/4th or so of your entire design, you can have a nice header but crappy content/footer area.

Anyway: @what I can see:

Looks okay, but like it has been said, looks old, WAY to commonly style.. looks okay for like.. I don't know perhaps a blog, a game site, but a design agency is suppoced to be unique, innovative, look like tommorow, not like today or yesterday if you get my point.

Looks pretty good but use the same design and instead of it going to red-grey keep it within the colour clash to like red-brown or red-dark red.
