Kia ora,
Recently my account mr_ollivander has been permanently banned because I asked my male friend if he would do sexually explicit things on a webcam. My ban ends in 2019

Let me start off by saying, i'm not homosexual, and I don't own a webcam.

I filled out the ban pleading form, and this is the reply I got:

I replied by filling out the correct details with this attatched:

Again, asking my friend -LeetBoy to go on a webcam was completely and utterly a joke, as told by my Borat style of typing when I asked. I do not own a webcam, and i'm not homosexual, so both of these rule out the possibility of my request being serious. I'm old enough to realise that asking people over the internet for indecent exposure on a webcam is sick and perverted. I would never have asked this if I was being genuinely serious. I would like you to at least shorten the ban to a month or two, as I realise I shouldn't joke about this kind of thing. I miss having access to Habbo on my main account, and my seven years of experience of Habbo has taught me better than to seriously ask people for a sexual webcam activity. I can ask my friend -LeetBoy to contact you and confirm the joking nature of the situation.

Yours sincerely,
Mr_Ollivander

I waited over 72 hours for a reply; Habbo say they reply within 48 hours.
I resubmitted a ban pleading form using the help tool, and I received an auto reply:

Configuration missing.

I believe Habbo has not read my emails, and if they have they are apparently not happy to help. The say they'd be happy to discuss my ban with me, and instead they have not sent me one personalised email, and have closed the issue without hearing my side of the story.

Is Habbo really that useless that they can't hear me out and give me their opinion?

After 7 years of playing Habbo I know better than to seriously ask someone for webcam sex on Habbo.
What's your opinion on this situation?

I believe that they closed the matter because they couldn't be bothered wasting time with you, and that they fully backed up the moderators actions of banning you permenantly, because joke or not, it's still against the rules.

Maybe they thought you had the IQ to think that through... Apparently not.

Send in a new CFH, not the ban option though. Orca will reply that way, because technically its a new issue.. its what I do.

Although you say you no not to discuss things like that, what the habbo team are saying.... is that you said it, you might not of meant it.... but you still did it....

just learn from your mistake.
