2nd Attempt At RayDeeOhh Version3 Layout.

This is my second attempt, and hopefully i make another layout for my site.
Because i want the current layout to be changed soon.

No seriously mate, this is way too basic :(
There is nothing to it, not even 1 color is added to it, it makes it look outdated and boring

My opinion would be start over and try again, you'll probably end up with something better ;)

(It's better to start over then to continue on bad layouts btw, new designers always think you can design a good template in 1 attempt, it happends but rarely, I start over about 4 to 6 times everytime before I get something which is good enough to continue on)
